9 Millbank – Westminster, London SW1P 3GE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

PROJECT
\n<\/span><\/strong>The project consists of the renovation of the Imperial Chemical House (1929), classified as a building of special interest, fit to become a prestigious residential complex on the banks of the Thames near the Palace of Westminster.<\/p>\n

CHALLEGES
\n<\/strong><\/span>In accordance with local regulations, the change of use led to an increase in the required fire resistance, requiring the need for passive fire protection of load-bearing structures.<\/p>\n
